Will a Purchased Modem Work if I Move to Another Location?
The modem will work only in another regional location that offers Mediacom Online Internet Service using compatible equipment. You will need to contact Mediacom Online Customer Care to make arrangements to install the service at your new location and transfer your account information. A service transfer fee may be assessed at the time of transfer.
