How Do I Update the Browser in IE 5.x for Windows?

Microsoft normally posts Internet Explorer security fixes, patches and other critical updates at http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com. Your customized Internet Explorer 5.0 browser allows easy access to this site, provided you have not disabled the Active Scripting feature.
When visiting the Microsoft Windows Update site, simply click on PRODUCT UPDATES and then click YES in the displayed window. Note that no information is transmitted to Microsoft or any other party using this process.
