1. Click EDIT from the Netscape toolbar
2. Then click PREFERENCES
3. Next, click on the plus sign (+) in front of Advanced to expand the selection tree
4. Click to highlight PROXIES
5. Select AUTOMATIC PROXY CONFIGURATION and enter the proxy address http://[ unknown, specify zip code ] (NOTE: this example uses http://www.somedomain.net/proxy/proxy.pac)
6. Click OK to update your settings
